When did arturo gatti, diego corrales, jose luis castillo, ricky hatton, carlos baldomir, & zab judah become great HOF legendary fighters?
You question those two? Reason why your not taken seriously.

      LOL!
Mayweather's win over JLC or Corrales > Calzaghe's win over Kessler. DLH was solid competition, he was game when Mayweather faught him.

Easily Floyd. Calzaghe is a great fighter, bu Floyd is Greater. He's fought better people and the only thing you can criticise him is him claiming to be the best ever and that he is kinda avoiding top Welters.

diego corrales will get in b/c he died tragically & was invovled in great exciting fights. Is he a first ballot hall of fame caliber legendary fighter? hell no.

You also think jose luis castillo is a first ballot hall of fame legendary fighter? why?

                Who's not being serious here?

WTF? None of those were in their prime. Marquez for starters is at the end of his career, so was Ricky, Oscar was a part-time fighter. Gatti had 45 fights (a lot of wars), Castillo had 52. Even ol' Chico was mentally completely ****ed at that point.

Dude, that is not the definition of prime. He took those fights when he spotted weaknesses in his opponents. Ricky at 147 against Collazo, for example.

That was more due to Collazo, not the weight. In fact, Hatton not having to cut that much weight benefited him. You can't say that wasn't a prime JLC either, JLC went on to beat Juan Lazcano, Juilio Diaz, lost a highly competitive match against Corrales and won the rematch in devastating fashion. Neither was Corrales mentally fucked, It's hard enough to name someone who is mentally stronger then Corrales.

Corrales was going through a whole load of legal crap and was facing jail. That's not a guy at his mental best, and seeing as boxing is at least 50% mental, I am pretty sure it affected hsi performance negatively.
