    Dude, even if they speak English you talk to them in Spanish, and they talk back in Spanish, everywhere. Its mostly a Spanish city.

          but don't say that all they do is speak spanish because hispanic-americans (born in the US) they speak ENGLISH with their friends, and not spanish like the non-american hispanics.
