Vasiliy Lomachenko fought well but he just didn't do enough decisively in order to defeat Devin Haney last night. He didn't leave it all in the ring like he should have. He saved a lot of himself in that fight and it ended up costing him the undisputed title. He needed at least a knockdown to have won the fight.

He won, or are the majority of the population and boxers blind. It doesn't matter, Haney doesn't have it. Shakur or Regis will handle fake ass Champ.

I'm a Haney fan and think he is tremendously skilled but his power is as non-existent as Malignaggi and that lack of power meant Loma just came on and on and on...Loma won for me and by a margin on points although some of those rounds were close. I think Haney has to learn to sit down on his punches at least some more. No idea how he can gain some pop.

Wow your boxing knowledge is very low. So, boxers need experience, they essentially always come from olympic style where they fight short fights with different rules. Adjusting to the pro game takes a long time. Also risking a potential fighter against tough opposition too soon puts them at risk. Nobody wants to face a champion in their second fight, except for maybe Lomachenko. I cannot think of anyone who would have ever wanted since I have been watching this sport. Like I said for how many times? If Loma had been given those close decisions like Americans do with their 3 American judges all the time, we would be talking about Loma as an ATG even tho he would be the same man, only been favoures a lil bit more by 9 people.

Yea Loma is the same guy with those 3 losses and he would be if he had been gifted those decisions instead, an overrated great hype. The media has tried to hype him up as an atg since he came on the pro scene, so obviously that campaign would be in overdrive had he not lost. That proves my point tho. None of the guys he’s lost to have been great so why would he deserve atg status if he had beat them? Not even a win over Haney would make him atg because Haney is still proving himself. Loma is his only real win over a supposed A-fighter and he left that fight with just as many questions about how good he actually is and what he’ll look like going forward against top level competitors.
