He's got Ortiz Jr at least, who's still ranked top 10 among all credible organizations, and was higher when he fought Wilder. And Stiverne at least had the title at one point. Who do you want Wilder to fight? There's just not that many top guys at heavyweight who are actually world class, and even fewer that want to risk Wilder when there's not even a title to be gained.

Correctomundo.
I don't know how anyone could be confused by something so simple to understand. Not only that, but we can confirm the truth for Fury in fight 1 and 3. We can't with Wilder and his excuse about his daughter. It's just one of many excuses for why he lost that fight. yet i'm supposed to believe a pathological liar? Wilder will say anything to justify a loss.

He hasn’t fought any of these guys and he avoided or was going to avoid Klitchko like the plague before Fury busted on to the scene . We’d like him to fight someone other then a Helenius. .I’d even settle for Miller who I think would beat the breaks off of anyone but Ortiz that Wilder fought and defeated . What has Ortiz done in the last 5 years to be ranked in anyone's top 10?Comment

Wilder can certainly lose to Usyk one time and not kill any of the attractiveness of having a fight against Joshua in December.

But it's OK because Wilder would only have one loss against Usyk whereas AJ has two, even though Wilder has already got 3 defeats against Fury. Yeah, i'm Einstein where you're concerned. It isn't hard to be considering.Comment

There's a big difference in AJ losing in the past to Usyk in the same way Wilder lost to Fury. But to have a loss right before the fight takes place? If you're struggling with that, it's not a surprise as you struggle with pretty much all logic. The fight is already not as big as it was in the past. It would very much lose more luster if one were to be coming off a defeat right before going in.

It’s not like it’s ancient history.
Wilder can certainly afford to lose one time to Usyk, it’ll be fine. Especially since there is the possible upside of him beating Usyk. If he actually does that and takes 3 heavyweight belts into the December showdown? That event becomes even bigger. Something that Joshua isn’t going to manage by fighting Dillian Shyte or any other soft touch that Hearn might dig up for him.Comment

That’s because AJ hasn’t fought a real puncher like Wilder or Fury. He fought Usyk but that dude can’t punch either. Why are all you “over the ponders” so infatuated with Joshua? There are 300+ heavyweights better than him throughout the history of boxing. Geez-us - let’s get the Wilder fight signed so we can be done with this AJ nonsense.
Joshua has fought more big punchers and offensively gifted fighters than Fury etc.

AJ losing in the past to Usyk? He just lost to him one fight ago.

IF Wilder were able to beat Usyk. But he won't. He doesn't stand a chance. But for the sake of argument, you believe Wilder wouldn't want nearly all the money even though AJ is the much bigger draw to shut the fight down yet again and continue living his fantasy life? I know he would. You should know he would but pretend otherwise and live the fantasy with him. He'd claim having 3 titles is why he should get 80-90%. That isn't in any way rational. Hell, he brought nothing to the table other than a title but still wanted 50% of the pot. At one point he wanted 60%. That's how deranged and cowardly he is.
I wouldn't talk about soft touches if i were you. We are talking about Deontay Wilder here who has made a career of beating nothing but. Even Whyte was too much for him even though the 7 mill Wilder priced himself out with was offered to him.Comment
