That's just silly. No boxer ever has been given approval over all expenses, and by the way, they sent him the contract that showed the expenses. It wasn't enough because he doesn't want to fight someone that there's not a clear win as the outcome.

Khan was coming off a loss to Canelo and was irrelevant at 147. How does a “great” boxer like Bud fight Khan in his 2nd defense?
Then it’s guys that nobody knows it cares about and then Porter who was had lost to Spence.
