Lewis does not match-up to Vitali`s achievments, Vitali has not been poleaxed TWICE by mediocre journeymen like Lennox Lewis has, Vitali has the greatest KO percentage in heavyweight history, the vast majority of boxing fans feel Vitali was a very unfortunate loser against Lennox Lewis with Lewis promising Vitali and the sports fans a rematch yet turning down $30 million and running scared, Vitali is far more dominant in his title reigns than ever Lewis was, Vitali fights the No1 contenders where Lewis never ever did, Lewis is remembered as the only champion in history who was stripped of every belt for refusing to fight the No1 contenders. Lennox Lewis boasted he would have one Klitschko for lunch the other for dinner, yet after his lucky escape against Vitali he wanted no part of either brother, lets not forget that if McCall & Rahman could put Lewis too sleep, both Vitali & Wlad would decapitate him.. both are taller than Lewis, both have better jabs than Lewis, both have better right-hand power than Lewis, other than KOing Hasim Rahman Lewis was not a concusive hitter and Oleg Maskaev TWICE poleaxed Hasim Rahman even knocking him over the top rope and out of the ring for 5 minutes, so the Lennox Lewis KO of Rahman has to be taken mildly otherwise Oleg Maskaev would be talked about as a top 7/8 ATG

Lennox Lewis tops Vitali Klitschko in EVERY category there is except chin, he is technicly better, has a better resume, fought in a stronger era and actualy BEAT Vitali Klitschko even though he was way past his prime and so on.

Vitaly is making up for that cut left eye, and he's improved from that fight. The Vitaly that went into the fight with Arreola beats that 37 year-old Lewis by UD in my opinion.

you claim in big bold capitals that Lewis was past his prime at 37yrs when he was fortunate against Vitali yet claim that his resume is brilliant and even list Tyson who was a decade past his best who had been hammered by Buster Douglas 11yrs previous who had been hammered by Holyfield 6yrs previous who would lose to Danny Williams and Kevin McBride in quicker time than it took Lewis to beat him only months after losing to Lewis, you list Holyfield who was years past his best and who was `robbed` of the decision against Lewis in their 2nd fight, you also list as Lewis great victories

Tua - Fattest man to ever fight for the title
Morrison - HIV positive and on the downslide
Mercer - Robbed of the verdict against Lewis
Ruddock - `Damaged Goods` after 2 brutal beatings from Tyson
Golota - sedated in dressing room with tranquilisers after panic attack
Grant - ex basketballer hand-picked by Lewis so as to avoid all top contenders..

a very strong case can be made for Vitali simply because of his showing against Lewis and the fortunate ending in Lewis favour even tho the cut was caused by a Lewis headbutt
