Leave these bull**** excuses behind.
Shane wants to fight him now.
Floyd needs to step up and fight a legit number 1 WW and that's Mosley.
Third times a charm to try a fight so do it, this is boxing ; stop the talk and shut each other up in the ring plain and simple.

I wish Shane would have done this earlier in his career. At 135 he tried to get fights with other champions like Stevie Johnston and Cesar Berazin. Also tried to fight the Gatti vs Robinson winner. He tried to get Tito and said he would move up to 154 to make it happen. But Tito was chasing history at 160. Now as a Mosley fan, I still don't understand him fighting Winky, lol

Besides, it's not even about that. It's about cowardly fighters hurting boxing by dodging the big fights that everyone wants to see and it's been going on for far too long.
5 years ago when everyone wanted to see this fight, Shanes tooth hurt too much to give boxing fans and Floyd the fight that we all wanted see. Now that the tables have turned and he needs Mayweather, you think he should be rewarded for the disgusting actions he displayed when he was on top?
It's people like you who let boxing get into this state in the first place. Shane should be held accountable for his hypocritical ways and i expect Floyd to give him a grade A lesson in karma.

And like I said, Mayweather has called plenty of people out and then priced his ass out of the fight or turned it down for one reason or another like he did with Winky. Shane Mosley wants this fight bad, and he is willing to take the lesser cut just to prove he can beat Floyd. He wouldn't be challenging Floyd to his face if he didn't. That thing in 2006 he had no choice but to do because Oscar was the cash cow and ran **** at GBP.

Mosley accomplished that against a much bigger and more dangerous guy in Margarito. I like JMM better because of his integrity and non-willingness to cheat. But that still doesn't change the fact that Mosley's win over Margarito holds more weight.

Face the facts, Mosley avoided Mayweather at all costs when he didnt need him and now that he does he changed his tune. Hypocritical behavior if i'v ever heard it and a reason why Mosley shouldnt be rewarded a fight with the P4P king when there's so many other interesting matchups for Mayweather right now.

There's a reason why Shane hasnt signed on to fight Berto or Clottey, it's cause he doesnt care about titles he just wants the big money fight and him loosing to one of those two ends his chances at getting that... If Shane fights and beats Berto i'm sure Floyd will fight him late 2010

The fact is right now Mosley is the #1 welterweight in the world and Floyd hasn't fought a real welterweight in years.
Mayweather vs Mosley would be a great fight regardless of the outcome. The only people who don't want to see Mayweather vs Mosley are people that are sitting on Floyd's balls, they would rather see mayweather keep cherry picking than him taking a chance of losing his 0 by fighting someone who could actually beat him.
How dare you bitches call yourselves boxing fans.
What I like the most about your post is the mentality. The mentality of a true warrior of French blood who wants to take on all comers a la Zizou, Napoleon, William the Conqueror, or Geroge Carpentiere. All of whom have beaten up english bums like Calslappy, who never fought anyone good in their primes
