No I disagree.

Here the poster posted a simple question, the majority post simple answers and Mayweather pundits just can't accept the truth as it is.

If Floyd isn't favored, they gotta twist the narrative, make excuses, or shape it so that it favors Floyd.

Greater encompasses more than beating 3 guys, its the magnitude of the all. I think Floyd achieved more and influenced the sport more this is where greater has meaning which has nothing to do with who is a better boxer, it's very hard to compare guys from different eras,

Or try to divert it to Manny Pacquaio

The man here clearly is not a Floyd turd. He asked a simple question with simple criteria:

Better Boxer Floyd or Sugar Ray Leonard?
Floyd had more longevity and better defensive but Sugar ray had more offense and fought better competition who should rank higher in the pound for pound?

Even pointed out both guys strong points. This is clearly not a "turd" post.

The majority said Sugar Ray. Deal with it. Nobody is going to feel sorry for Floyd boys if they can't accept the truth.

I don't start these threads. I give my opinion on them. That opinion is based on facts.

Facts by not just myself but other posters, were pulled out on the subject matter based on the criteria in question.

It happens to support Sugar Ray Leonard being the better boxer and sadly pro Floyd fans (aka Floyd boys) can't take it.

Furthermore, I clearly pointed out that the thread starter had no ill intentions on "turding" (lol) on Floyd purposefully.

****hing on Manny? U can't **** on a guy who came from 100 pounds to 147 to capture titles. Any so called boxing fan that **** on Manny are self haters. Guys dog was eaten in a slum by his father. Manny epitomizes a true boxers struggle. Against all odds. I have been in heated debates because I feel a blazing fast prime Manny would have beaten chavez sr.......I don't romanticize fighters just call it how it is. Manny is great.

The breakdown of Floyd opponents is another story i actually think the time that he fought his opponents is greatly under exergerated in order to denounce his wins. Floyd is one guy where he has true die to die turds.

Leonard is so far ahead of Mayweather, it's not even close.

Was gonna include that one as well, but he waited Hagler out and I think he lost that fight tbh.

I think Floyd achieved more and influenced the sport more this is where greater has meaning which has nothing to do with who is a better boxer, it's very hard to compare guys from different eras, Hearns Duran and Leonard were all beaten by lesser fighters than Mayweather, which does not imply Floyd beats them, but what it does do is humanize them because people are starstruck by the long time hype around the golden eras, with the idea they can't be beaten, and that's not true there is very little between the true greats, enough so that one being in the zone and the other being an inch outside it and he loses.

Greater doesn't mean better.

SRL influenced the sport far more. He was the first fighter to essentially go it alone, he wasn’t tied to a promoter, he set the precedent for fighters to take a larger share of the pie by self promoting.

He also beat several ATG’s in their prime. Mayweather didn’t beat any.
