The tinted window thing is LEGIT. They will literally pull out a light meter and test light passthrough and if it doesn't pass, they'll ticket yo ass (that rhymes). It's even more a problem if you do 35 on the fronts because the glaze on windows automatically drops you beneath the light threshold.

It's an excuse to pull people over, that's all. The weapon just gave them more to throw at him.

I remember when I was in my 20s I got pulled over at a stop, cop was like, "your tint is dark, why do you have it this dark?" and I said, "because it's hot". He let me off - I only had 35's, he was just F'ng with me. That's how they do out there.

Yet in sunny Nevada, you'll NEVER get pulled over for tint unless you're rocking limo tint. There are people with out-of-date plates, never get pulled over.

Here in NY they used to do that and it didn't have to be that dark. Now they don't even stop violators even if it is in front of the cops let alone search the vehicle. Weed is not the bridge no more to search a car or an individual here. Legally they can but they are not doing it.

pulled over for tinted windows is the new "stop and frisk." Curiously only happens to ********** lol. All the same, I wouldn't make myself a target by having tinted windows....and if I had to get buzzed while driving, I'd use a vape pen.

Curious how you can tell behind limo tinted windows if someone inside is a minority. Like you said why give anyone a reason? Limo tinted windows and windshield might not be a felony but it's still illegal, as were several other things according to the story. None of us were actually there to see what actually transpired so to just assume he was being harassed because he's black is asinine.

I dont believe you can smoke weed and drive here. I think thats considered a DUI. Search may or may not be illegal after that. But either way its just a misdemeanor concealed firearm. (the first time). ALso if it was loaded (which it probably was) thats another misdemeanor.
