His best bet is to get off early and to a fast start but there will be no coasting. Haney will come to fight and be ready to go 12 hard rounds.
The problem with Loma starting out fast is that if he tries to bring the fight to Haney then he has to open up and take risks himself. This is a real tough fight for Loma. I won’t completely write him off but he’ll have to be better than he’s ever been to win this one.Comment

Very true, if Loma is stuck out there he is done but if he uses side angles and moves around close he can nullify a lot of what Haney does, he has youth and such against him but he also has assets that can kinda tangle a long guy up, and he gotta be able to do it most of night.
Ortiz was good effort from a year out, I think he had surgery that year not sure, but anyway Loma is a live dog and will have a lot of motivation for this, he will be better than with Ortiz, might not be enough Haney has a lot going for him.Comment

I don’t think threat of Haney’s power will be something Loma is worried about. I may be overconfident but I think this will be a relatively easy fight for Loma. 9-3.His best bet is to get off early and to a fast start but there will be no coasting. Haney will come to fight and be ready to go 12 hard rounds.

It's interesting. Styles make fights. Haney is a jab and grab boxer. But what if he tries pressuring Loma?Comment
