So does having a better resume mean that Joshua is the better fighter or just that he has had better opponents? Should Joshua be a heavy betting favorite because of said resume?
The discuss here are the differences in the Boxers resume
Man you Wilder fanboys are hilarious
Lololololol
Lets hear the Fighters on Deontay Wilder resume that are better than
Joseph Parker
Alexander Povetkin
Kubrak Pulev & Andy Ruiz
Besides Tyson Fury Wilder's resume sucks compared to Anthony Joshua's resume
Or do we feel that sometimes a fighter can be better than his resume? If Wilder were to beat Joshua, does that provide evidence that a fighter can be better than his resume, at least relative to another fighter?
Not trolling, all legitimate questions.Comment

Oh what a shocker. I'm sure Wilder would also beat a grizzly bear in 2 rounds according to Scott.
Let's see... Wilder has fought the total of 1 good opponent and he lost twice by stoppage and had one controversial draw. He hasn't proven anything by beating the in memoriam versions of Ortiz and Helenius. The rest of his opponents are taxi drivers who have never beat anyone.Comment

Only if you weren't living in a cave you would have known that it's been AJ who had unified and called that one trick pony Wilder out for undisputed bout and his team offered him $120M but Wilder declined. And later Greedy Belly Fury had dethroned Wilder AJ called him out for an undisputed bout but he sabotaged it. So, AJ hasn't ducked anyone and was the one who has tried to give us an undisputed fight. You can hate the guy but stop spewing out that nonsensical lies.If it went over three , it would be a surprise .Joshua is too robotic and slow, it would be a demolition job for sure. Much more brutal than the Ruiz demolition job. Hearn talks about Joshua beating every body in the world but he never fights them , I really doubt this will change.Only as an absolute last chance saloon cash out affair.Don't get me wrong ,as I've said all along , I would love to see Joshua fight the top boys but with Hearn it will only happen as I've stated.
Wilder is only keen to fight him this time around for two reasons: first he's only waiting for a cash out payday hence he dares not to take any challenge since Fat Belly destroyed him, and secondly he might think that he has a chance beating him now because thinks AJ is vulnerable now. For the latter he, you and many other naysayers will be surprised if the fight actually gets made.Last edited by Boxviewer; 04-20-2023, 02:30 AM.Comment

I beg to differ, the AJ that fought Usyk II will destroy one trick pony Wilder. AJ has a better defence and movement than Wilder. And he's stronger as well. Both are capable of knocking the other out but AJ has far better skills than Wilder.Comment

It would be an even fight if it ever happens. The Helenius fight doesn't really tell us where Wilder is physically and mentally. I am more interested in who he would be fighting next (if any) before a potential Joshua fight. He last fought last year so he should keep busy.Comment
