Does Warren benefit from Joyce losing?

I thought the stoppage was premature and in a land where fight-fixing is rampant, my radars are going off. The ref was looking to stop it pretty quickly. Warren hasn't been saying anything right?

One would figure he would be in an uproar, but he's quiet as a church mouse. I don't see the angle, but I can't help think evil thoughts.

Is there some sort of way that Frank Warren can benefit from Joe Joyce losing?

I guess that Joyce vs Fury is no longer a fight that the public would be interested in

Dubois has always been his #1 guy amongst his prospects there's no secret there.

Does that benefit Warren or Fury though?

If they could sell Fury vs Chisora III, they could still sell Fury and Joyce imho.

        Hmm, insteresting.

A thought comes to mind that Warren was talking a little smack recently about Dubious and Joyce when the Usyk negotiations went south. He said something like, who's Usyk gonna fight next? Dubious and Joyce don't bring in anywhere near the money Tyson does.

You have got to be joking. Joyce clearly had a fractured orbital bone. It would have been a total health and safety liability to let him keep fighting like that.

The stoppage looked fine for me. Just before the stoppage Zhang landed 3 huge left hands straight on the damaged eye and Joyce did nothing. He didn`t even protect himself. The referee had all reasons to stop it.

Joyce didn't have a problem with the stop. If he had argued, you might have case.

Maybe Joyce was in on it too!

He didn't complain about being punched in the head with every straight left either....

                  The conspiracy grows deeper....

Maybe that's just the person he is though? A lot of fighters are like that, Shane Mosely was similar as well, never complained.
