i agree.. he's a good fighter.. but not great.. he lost to quintana.. thats just sad.. he's a level C fighter himself.. Some people on this site would Suck him off if they got the chance.. ridiculous..

It's simple. He's come up big when it mattered. The fight with Margarito was on the table and he came out and won the last round with authority. He made adjustments in the Quintana rematch and got him out of there. It wasn't luck either because he knocked the dude down two times. And even though I don't really give him that much credit for his victory over Phillips, he gave him a beating when the guy hadn't been stopped since 1988. And then the fight with Winky Wright was impressive even though it isn't something to use as a measuring stick of how he would do against guys with Middleweight power. I just don't like it when people use P-Will to defend a cherry picker like Floyd because Williams is challenging himself by going up against Pavlik and not fighting a guy two divisions smaller.

He can't fight them if they won't give him a chance!!!!!!!

He is someone who no boxer in the WW division wanted to face - soo much that he has to now fight at higher weights just to earn a living.

Mosley wants no part of him ... Cotto won't answer the phone ... Berto look the other way ... Floyd & Al Haymon won't let it happen - Very few want a piece of Williams.

The fight with Quintana is his only scar ... and he cleaned that up nicely.

Pavlik will come up with that staph infection as an excuse and posters will use that as a way to discredit the victory too.
