There's no debating like adults with a Canelo fanboy. I've tried that before and it goes nowhere.

In the early days when GGG was breaking ribs and eye sockets, he couldn’t get the mega-dollar fighters like Canelo to even answer a phone call. When the fights did start to happen, Canelo got busted for PEDs when Team GGG demanded a surprise pee test. I’m the first to agree that these pro fighters are generally not scared of each other. After the first fight, Canelo said GGG’s punching was “nothing special,” but then his drug behavior said the opposite was how he truly regarded GGG, i.e., special enough to warrant eating some of that magical Mexican beef.

GGG won the first fight, Canelo won the second, the third lamentably Canelo won. This is reality man and we have to live with it. The second fight, Canelo was in PED

Unfortunately Golovkin started losing his snap before the first Canelo fight. Only fighting twice a year and ballooning up in weight between fights didn't do him any favors. He's still naturally heavy handed but his punches had less effect because his punches lacked the "whip" they used to have. ****** they were too far apart in age, even though the fight could've happened earlier, but we all know how that went.

Canelo is GREAT NO DOUBT but got a give or two in the 1st and 2nd fights with GGG. You won the 3rd fight no debate. Same goes for Erislandy Lara u were protected. Older Floyd came up to u and schooled u! Why didn't a younger Canelo beat Bivol if u are truly GREAT

Canelo haters better look for another 'boogeyman' to have on hand by when cinnabon whoops benavidez ass.

no doubt his detractors are actually his biggest fans.

The fact that Canelo is targeting a Bivol rematch after this tune-up with Ryder says everything anyone needs to know about his character and competitive spirit. He will probably lose again, but he's going for it anyway.
He has no choice. If he didn't talk himself up to be a P4P king or an all time great then the loss would've been just that, a loss, but the manor of the defeat and the way Bivol was able to beat him up definitely leaves a sour taste in the mouth of Canelo fans... so he has no other option but to take the rematch or there will always be that cloud of doubt hovering over his head.

I suspect he'll probably want the rematch at 175lbs again so when he does get defeated he'll be able to say he never was a true light-heavyweight but the reality is Bivol is just superior to Canelo in virtually every department (even landing better counter shots) whatever weight they run it back at Bivol has his number.

Did Canelo go straight into negotiations and offer the 30% he did so at a later date after dropping the WBC title? Or did he run for another few years?

Canelo can hit and he also has those subtle defensive moves he's developed since the Mayweather fight which he hasn't been relying on lately 'cos of the obsession with his power. If he goes back to that and pick his shots, I think he beats Benavidez easy.
                      Who has Canelo walked down?

Who has Canelo knocked out that was fringe level to world class? Hell, who has Canelo knocked down who was world class?
