Decent fighter - all time great bull**** artist

Naturally gifted with every advantage over his opponent - size, reach, weight etc and STILL had to cheat with PEDs LOL.

Sells a mental health story because it can't be physically unproven, when in reality, partying and bad food and booze & coke is gonna have anyone feeling like crap.

Goes on Rogan and says he tried to kill himself. When asked how, he says he drove his car really fast then decided to slow down - again, no substantial evidence.

    Ducked the Usyk fight.

Lied about donating his purse to the homeless.

Said a guy rocked up to his house suicidal, so Fury took him for a jog and cured him LOL

    He's the goat at BS.

His biggest achievement is dethroning Wlad in a staring match and lets be honest, Wlad reigned over a pathetic division at the time. Ducked the Wlad rematch.

Wilder? Fights like an inflatable wavy man out the front of a car dealership.

And for the record, Joshua is almost as bad with his BS

But all the comedy, all the stuff he's done in the ring... he seems to have really thrown it away. Such a shame.

Right now I'm waiting for him to tell Joshua he's got 30 seconds to sign a contract (or maybe not after Saturday's performance) and then sign up for Derrick Chisora IV.

Easily the best heavyweight of his era and his resume speaks for itself. However, like I tell my buddy at work, to compare him with a prime Iron Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield or even Lennox Lewis is simply laughable. Those guys were from a far tougher era. Also, those comparing him to Muhammad Ali, Joe Frazier or Joe Louis need a good hard slap.

The greatest WHITE heavyweight of all time is Rocky Marciano (who I rate as top #3 of ALL heavyweights of all time and even Muhammad Ali said he wasn't sure if he could beat him).

Wilder was a 40-0 HW champion with 10 defences, in his prime, who’d knocked out every one he’d ever fought. Despite his glaring technical flaws, I still think that was a superb win.

Barely anybody expected him to beat Wilder the way he did too, I thought he could outbox him on the back foot, did not think in a million years he’d walk him down and maul him like he did.
I think that's the problem with stats over the "eye test". But even those "stats", presented as you did, flatter.

When Deontay was 27-0 the biggest name on his record was a washed up Audley Harrison. (And he should have probably been DQ'd there for throwing four punches when Harrison was down, but that's another story.)

Wasn't Fury his ninth fight after winning the WBC?

You could say the same about many greats though. Who did Marciano beat in his 27th fight for example? I don’t know, but I’d guess it was a complete nobody.

Us modern fans will nitpick and deeply analyse resume’s but history doesn’t tend to work like that. People will look back and say Fury beat a 40-0 Champion, who was knocking everyone out, in his own country.

Nah he definitely has 10, I remember he tied Ali for consecutive defences after the Ortiz rematch.

Never heard of that jog story but that is exactly something Fury would tell lol

Fury's a showman who can back his ish up, boxing needs more of that mentality.
