Colbert dropping N word after arguing over the decision was just classless. He has no power. An over hyped prospect and nothing more. Exposed in last fight and not great in this one.

Rayo got a lot of himself to blame in this decision, however you feel about it.

Valenzuela was bleeding and got marked up also. Let’s not act like it wasn’t a close fight. A lot of those punches weren’t landing clean when Colbert was on the ropes.

Leave race out of it, Colbert lost but your overreacting, wheres the critism for Valenzula saying he was having fun instead of trying to close the fight, he had alot of chances. This is boxing, anybody can get screwed. For example: Jose Luis Ramirez SD 12 Pernell Whitaker, Nikolai Valuev MD 12 Evander Holyfield, Julio CesarChavezD 12 Pernel Whitaker Ect, none of these Black Fighters brought up race as a reason they got screwed, Im not a big fan of PBC but I thought Leo Santa Cruz, Danny Garcia, "Ghost" Guererro, Erislandy Lara, Marcos Maidana, Luis Ortiz, Yordenis Ugas ect, have had great careers with them.

Also **** the Showtime telecasters. They're biased AF as usual. Get outta here with that "this is prize fighting, whoever hurts wins" bull****! This is boxing and it's scored round by round. The decision was fair.
Cite for me precisely which 6 rounds (plus another for the KD) he won….
                I’ll wait

Jose Valenzuela only has himself to blame for that loss. A fighter should never leave their fate in the hands of three judges when they could have just as easily end them themselves.

He should have not knocked Colbert out after that first knock down but he decided to try and outclass Cobert rather than stopping him and it ended up backfiring on him by his losing the fight.

Thought Valenzuela won it, didn't really see how Colbert could have won it. Colbert showed his heart and mettle but I don't think you could give him enough rounds to win..

A lot of nonsense being said in this thread. Let me set y’all straight
                      1. This was a fix. Fight was pulled off one one of the main online sports books I use hours before the fight. Then I thought about making the bet on betway.com then had a weird feeling and held off. I then received a support msg saying “don’t forget about your bet on Jose Valenzuela vs Chris Colbert”
2.Colbert won 3 clear rounds with one swing round 2 if u reallllly wanna steal a round from Rayo. Thats 5-5 extreme best case scenario for Colbert with the KD he still loses by a point so there literally no way he won that fight. Not the first robbery I’ve seen won’t be the last
3.people saying PBC protect black fighters. Thats just not true. This wasn’t the fix by PBC. The PBC guy in the ring was all smiles and laughs after the fight then the decision got read he went stone faced and told Colbert to shut up several times. The guy in the blue suit. He wasn’t happy about that decision and the announcing team and Jim grey weren’t impressed with it either.

feel bad for Rayo he was damn near in tears after the fight. People forget he’s still just only 23 he’s just a kid.
