I believe itll still happen. I doubt Inoue is the kind of fighter to confirm a fight and pull out without a genuine reason.

I presume Fulton was getting paid very well If he was happy to go to Japan as the champion, so I'd imagine he has no issue waiting an extra month or two for that payday
