At least Plant fought Canelo; Benavidez was too busy stuffing his face and snorting crack.

I'm a dude working for a living and supporting his family. I'm a boxing fan commenting on a sport I enjoy. Plant is a corny dork. He has a job that puts him in the public eye. If I had that job, I wouldn't care what people said about me. And I'm sure he doesn't. But you seem butthurt. It's my opinion. If you don't like it ignore it.

Plant acts like a warrior, talks like he is a bad man. He fights like a guy with no chin. Defense is great. Bicycle riding is not boxing. He also has shown a lack of class.

Plant "beat him better". Benavidez put a bad beating on Dirrell. Far worse to take that kind of punishment than a shot you don't see putting your lights out.

Canelo has wanted nothing to do with Benavidez for a long time.

Hopefully Benavidez retires Plant. I'd like to see Plant get into youtube beard grooming videos. That seems like his true calling.

There is a degree of truth to Benevidez chest thumping on physiques. Fighters need only be conditioned enough to execute their practiced skills with sharpness and fluidity. The big question for me is, can Benevidez execute in a way that will see him win should his foe be too elusive to suffer a knockout?
