Never been into this Ramirez hype, so I'm not losing sleep over the cancellation. He's one of those fighters who were effectively silenced in one fight. Kind of like Oscar Valdez who was effectively silenced by Shakur. There were many smaller fights like Colbert effectively silenced by Garcia, Rivera by Martin, Ellis by Killa Villa, and so on.

That's pretty bad. Zurdo should try cruiserweight, or just go all the way up to heavyweight.

Zurdo should call it a day. He has always been an average/poor fighter who won by squeezing his huge frame into unfeasibly low divisions & then bullying more skilled but much smaller fighters around. His body is telling him he can't do that no more. C/W is not a deep division, never has been, but I suspect that if Ramirez goes to C/W he will get sparked.
