Fact is, BOTH fighters have to come in at this catchweight. If it favors Tank, then thats because he is the naturally smaller fighter, and they are competing in different weight classes at the time (one lightweight one jr welter). Ergo, you use a catchweight between them. Pretty simple

This is nothing like Floyd vs ODLH. That fight was at a higher weight because the fight was for Oscar’s title at 154. Floyd still came in light with no restrictions. He wasn’t compromised.

He was put into a hard spot. He has to accept the terms for the fight, even if it's to his disadvantage; or, he doesn't like the terms, doesn't get the fight and then has to deal with the backlash of pulling out of yet another fight.
