So why would Tank come up to him. Canelo dictates all the terms of his fight nobody says anything.and he is the one fighter who has made his career fighting catchweights. Ryan don't have a belt or anything to dictate terms except his social media followers, who they hope will translate to PPV buys. And that hasn't been proven yet.
