UK has always hated Floyd. Not surprised to say the least.

He’s just done too many at this point. The luster of seeing him in these exhibitions is gone.

They don’t interest me either but they’ve sold pretty well in the past with the casuals, the one against Paul got picked up by Sky put on PPV over here. Pretty sure DAZN put one on PPV too, can’t remember the opponent.

They were overpaying these guys for these exhibitions. this isnt 2018 with near zero interest rates where they doing dumb chit like signing up GGG to fight romanian cabbage farmers on a 100 million dollar contract

Mayweather not even being able to get a TV deal despite his name is a good sign, expect to see them stop overpaying guys like crawford to fight lithiuanian uber drivers. Maybe hard financial times will force the top guys to actually fight each other

He's gone to the well one too many times. But he's picking up easy paychecks for good money, so he has no reason to leave that money on the table. It's a quick and safe payday.

There are still some people who don't get it about Mayweather, or any star, superstar, megastar for that matter. People pay to see him lose. They couldn't care less about showcase fights. It's not even about Mayweather. Fans, in general, want to see undefeated records get smashed to pieces, especially in non-exhibition fights. They want something new, something viral to talk about. Therefore, if Mayweather wants to make real money again even at this stage, fight someone who can really bite.

                      Yeah that’s true

He should’ve just kept them exclusively against big names like McGregor or the biggest social media people like Logan Paul.

Nobody is interested in seeing fight every other month against some barely known person.

I live in the UK and I didn’t even know he was having an exhibition this weekend here. The only fight anybody is talking about is the Tommy Fury and Jake Paul fight.
