They were overpaying these guys for these exhibitions. this isnt 2018 with near zero interest rates where they doing dumb chit like signing up GGG to fight romanian cabbage farmers on a 100 million dollar contract

Mayweather not even being able to get a TV deal despite his name is a good sign, expect to see them stop overpaying guys like crawford to fight lithiuanian uber drivers. Maybe hard financial times will force the top guys to actually fight each other

Problem is Floyd got desperate he spends more than he makes nowadays so he had to spam these circus shows. An exhibition is ok against other former big name combat athletes but against the nobodies Floyd was facing is just flat out embarrassing.

But expect Floyd to BS his guzzlers and say "10mill is what I got".

In the same way as Hearn didn't understand the US market, a lot of Americans don't understand the UK scene. Somebody out there thought 'Floyd is a big name, UK fans love boxing, we'll put the 2 together and make a lot of money'.

I would think so. Im one of the biggest Floyd fans and I haven’t supported any one of these.

Floyd needs to go back to wrestling if he wants to sell exhibitions.
