Can’t honestly tell who would win. Both have looked like **** lately. If Taylor can lay off the pizza and beer and Teo would bring back Joey Gamache to train could be a great fight.

Kinda surprised how bad the reception is for this fight despite that both fighters were former P4P fighters and Champions at their weight class.

Sure they underperformed against specific opponents (Kambosos, Catterall and Martin), but stating they are ducking Prograis and Catterall seems bizarre when Teo is fighting the guy who defeated Regis while Josh is taking on a fighter with more legitimate wins than Catterall.

I think Taylor wins this fight by stoppage. If Teo is still on his feet after 12 or God forbid doing backflips at MSG, Taylor may have a big problem doe regardless of what happened in da fight.

When I think of Teofimo Lopez. I think about what a total waste of talent and what could have been. I always thought of him as was one the bright future stars in boxing. His career has become nothing but a real tragedy.

Now he is about to suffer his second defeat at the hands of Josh Taylor. I thought he would be a great champion someday but boy was I wrong. However, I wish him nothing but the best in all of his future ring endeavors.

I love it Taylor thinks it will be easy because how off Teo looked against a guy who makes anyone look ugly in Martin but Taylor is no moving slickster

Taylor will be in for a rude awakening mark my words.
If you truly believe this shit then you are absolutely insane and DKSAB. Taylor is the overall better boxer and fighter to begin with. He can box as well as slug.

I can see Josh countering the living shit outta Lopez as he comes in winging those wide ass haymakers of his. He is going to leave himself wide open for a punch he doesn't see against the straighter punching Josh Taylor.

Actually not A bad fight at all.

Its 2023. We have low end British reality TV stars fighting YouTubers and its considered a big fight by all these lost fake a$$ new-age boxing fans. Considering today's very low standards, Taylor-Lopez is a mega fight by comparison.

Hope I can reel in a casual Teotard to bet with in this fight!

People are underselling taylor based on one bad performance in a fight he was clearly unmotivated for. I don't think he will make that mistake again.

Arum is sick of teo and especially his father and is cashing him out. Thought he would have saved him for devin but maybe he can recycle him one more time.

Lomachenko vs Haney is a bigger fight 'Than Lopez vs Taylor'.

But both are mega fights, two of the best fights that have been match of late.

Well I think these fights are set? I have noticed fights like to be announced before they are completely finalized these days.

I would say Lopez vs Taylor is a more dynamic fight. It is a defining fight for both fighters.

If Lopez can beat Taylor, it is debatable that he will have two of the best wins of this era 'On his resume'.

                      Fury has Wilder & Kiltschko.

Alvarez has Golovkin, maybe Cotto are his best wins,

Joshua has Kiltschko, Ruiz Junior or Parker.

So as you can see Lomachenko & Taylor would be great wins of this era 'Right up there'.

Note: If Usyk is to beat Fury, I would have to rate his two biggest wins at heavyweight 'As the most impressive feats, due to him moving up from cruiser-weight'. I rate Usyk's two wins vs Joshua also as great individual wins of his era.
