I just don't get folks. If your license has been revoked, don't drive until it's been reinstated. If a gun is not registered, get it registered or don't keep the gun in your possession at all.

This reminds me of the first time Tyson was supposed to face Holyfield. Everything fell apart due to serious charges and a trial.

Despite both fighters training, and sentencing due after the fight date, why do I have a feeling the fight will be cancelled.

He didn't take a plea deal, the judge rejected the plea agreement. He straight up plead guilty, there's no deal, that's why he has to wait for sentencing. I don't do sacks, I'm a punanny professional and its a strict regimen.

Golddigger?, no. Opportunist, maybe . She's not doing anything anyone else wouldn't do. If someone causes you damages due to their negligence and recklessness, you have a right to sue for damages. Fan or no fan of Davis, he put himself in an unfortunately bad situation......and it looks like he'll have to pay. No one to blame but himself.

He ain't the victim. The victim has a right to sue, etc..So goldigger, no. Opportunist, maybe.

So then you are saying he didn't hold himself accountable? He fled the scene and then sought out a plea deal. The kid is a scumbag through and through.

Some may see it that way, but some may see it as the smartest decision to make if he was going to get a DUI a and a weapons charge, which would've been much more time than he's going to receive now. The dumb decision was already made when he ran the red light, then it becomes the strongest human natural instinct, self preservation.

Davis is a classic antisocial, the signs are everywhere. And I don’t see him changing

Bizarre to read comments that Tank manned up. In fact nothing could be further from the truth. His lawyers got for him the absolute best deal they could for him and admitting to the absolute minimum is the best they could have done, Denying the obvious would have been both useless and detrimental.

Did Tank admit he had been driving under the influence or carrying a firearm??

I get that this is how the game is played but claiming that Tank admitting to that which could be proved is somehow noble is a joke.
