What in particular makes you believe that? Most people would attempt to overplay if a millionaire ran a red light and crashed into them. How hard is it to not run red lights and crash into people? 0 sympathy should be given.

Baltimore a banana republic for offering Tank 3 months of home arrest for a ton of charges. And Tank was obviously drunk though can't be proven. It was a joke plea deal.

Donte Stallworth got a month in jail years back for something less than this. I'm guessing Tank gets 60 days in jail. Serves 40 of them.
