I believe that he may do anything from a month to 3 months, but if he was actually caught with a weapon and the court could prove DUI resulting in an accident with injuries, then it goes from months to years.

No, I'm not defending it, and merely stating the facts after the damage is already been done. No one says he was right in the situation, but I'm not acting like a saint and casting judgment on him either, that's what the judge and court of law are for. I have been young and done some dumb shxt before, and ran from the police to save my ass, its a natural human instinct, self preservation.

Would I do the same thing now, of course not, because I have matured enough to not put myself in those situations. But, I'm not the scum of the earth because of what I did then either. We all learn lessons in our own time, maybe this is his. And the only accountability that I was speaking of was admitting it in court, instead of being a stubborn dumb ass and denying it to the end, which would have gotten him even more time.

Just being sarcastic! They say "What's up with these PBC fighters," like Al Haymon is influencing these cats to drive drunk, etc.! So maybe Oscar would be a better role model? Lol!

            Hope he learns from this.
He already settled the others out of court, its just the one defendant left that didn't take the settlement.

Just to clear things I'm not sympathetic to the criminal charges, he has that coming, but I am a bit sympathetic regarding the civil suit.

Fan or no fan of Davis, he put himself in an unfortunately bad situation......and it looks like he'll have to pay. No one to blame but himself.

He ain't the victim. The victim has a right to sue, etc..So goldigger, no. Opportunist, maybe.
You're right, golddigger is too strong. Opportunists more accurately describes my thinking.

Your obscene words and name calling says much about you. Consider this. name calling often occurs when someone has an emotional argument to make with little or no supporting logical argument. The emotional mind can often have a “mind of its own” or “emotional intelligence” which operates independently of the logical mind, and name-calling is a product of this emotional mind, an explosion of feeling in the form of barbed words.

You should consider professional help in your struggle with your inner-self and feelings of worthlessness.
