For those who believe Bivol is the guy pushing for the rematch to take place at 168.

I don’t care what excuses other fighters make. The explanation given by Canelo for testing positive is plausible because clenbuterol use in Mexican cattle is real and widespread, and the amounts found in his system were consistent with having eaten tainted meat. If you can’t acknowledge that then you aren’t giving him a fair shake and it is you that is biased.
What’s the difference between assuming Canelo is the one who wants the fight at 168 and assuming that Canelo’s positive clenbutrol test was due to a contamination like you’re doing now?

You’re asking for evidence for Canelo asking for the fight at 168.

Do you have evidence that Canelo’s positive Clen test was from contaminated meat?

      Use some common sense…

You don’t think the guy who fights at 168, who lost decisively at 175, who benefits from this fight being at 168, who has dictated weight alterations SEVEN times in the past, wants this fight at 168?

You fanboys are absolutely pathetic man.

Every fighter in history who’s tested positive had a “plausible excuse”. Conor Benn has a “plausible excuse”, Dillian Whyte had a “plausible excuse”. I don’t even hold it against Canelo, I’d confidently say over 90% of boxers are juicing. I do hold it against pathetic fanboys like yourself though who just blindly defend their heroes, it’s just embarrassing. Sorry to break it to you but he doesn’t love you back.

I never wanna hear these Canelo fanboys crying about Mayweather “draining” Canelo again too.

By their logic, this clearly proves the 150 lb catchweight was all Canelo’s idea.

          That’s a good point.

In reality it doesn’t even matter who’s wants it where anyway, If Canelo wants any kind of credit he needs to rematch him at 175.

168 is lose lose for him.

It’s a lose-lose with the real fans, we see straight through that BS, but a tainted victory will suffice for the fanboys. Look at how many celebrated GGG 1 & 2 as if he dominated both fights.

The difference is that I am not stating it as fact that Canelo didn’t intentionally use clenbuterol. I just point out that based on the evidence it’s a plausible excuse, and that drives his haters crazy.

RJJ-94-02, on the other hand, wants everyone to believe that it’s Canelo pushing for 168. Based on zero evidence. We’re supposed to accept it based just on “common sense.”

But you have zero evidence that Canelo tested positive due to tainted meat yet you’re asserting that claim is a possibility.

How’s that any different to RJ saying that he believes Canelo is the one who makes the decision what weight this fight takes place based on his past use of weight demands?

His evidence is no weaker than yours.

Wrong, I don’t have “zero evidence.” In Canelo’s situation (the amount of clenbuterol found in the initial tests, the result of the hair follicle test, the real phenomenon of widespread clen use in the Mexican cattle industry) there is some proof to point to and say that maybe he was telling the truth.

In RJJ’s situation there is no proof to say that Canelo is pushing for 168. Or at least he hasn’t provided any. What we do have is Bivol expressing interest in fighting at 168 due to being motivated by getting more belts. And Eddie Hearn saying that if it were up to Canelo the rematch would be at 175 lbs.
