For those who believe Bivol is the guy pushing for the rematch to take place at 168.

I’ve been following the sport since the 90’s. I can’t believe how many supposed fans are justifying this BS. A 32 year old career Light Heavyweight having to boil down to Super Middleweight despite the guy he’s fighting- and already beat, having previously fought at 175 twice and even won a title at that weight. It’s so obvious what is happening here.
Fighters leverage everything, no fighter willingly sacrifices an advantage. Would you sacrifice a perhaps decisive advantage in a fight- if you’ve ever been in one? Bivol will make that sacrifice for the payday, just like Lalonde did back in 88. The fact he’s willing to do it, doesn’t make it right.
Whichever way people wanna spin it, the reality is this rematch will be on Canelo’s terms, he’s the superstar he gets to pick and choose the T’s a C’s. It’s the way boxing has worked for decades now, Leonard did it, Oscar did it, Floyd did it etc. If Canelo wants this fight to be at 168 it’ll be at 168, if he wants it to be at 175 it’ll be at 175. Trying to suggest this decision is Bivol’s is complete and utter nonsense.Comment

You’re thinking simplistically. Think in terms of GREED. Bivol DOESNT have to fight Canelo again. No one can make him. Canelo WANTS rematch not Bivol.
Also think if Bivol fights at 175. HE WILL WIN. NO DOUBT. Also think if he wins a second, THEIR WONT BE A THIRD fight. Now imagine him fighting at 168 and loosing. I personally don’t think he will loose. How does Bivol get a third fight with Canelo who we know is at the end of his career? HE LOOSES the second fight. Now he gets to fight Canelo 3 times. Maybe you aren’t smart enough to understand that just ONE fight with Canelo is like winning the lottery but now you’re talking THREE FIGHTS. Bivol is not ******.Comment

UDvol is doing everything to take a beating from healthy Canelo by wanting Canelo's belts with greed and draining himself asf.
Bivol (even at 168) would be the best win in 2023. Fury's clinical beating on Usyk would be more satisfying but he has massive size advantage.Comment

If that upset you then that’s your problem not mine.Comment

You f-ck off. All I said was the clenbuterol found in his system was in trace amounts consistent with eating tainted meat. Which is absolutely true. And that the hair follicle testing that the haters were screaming for him to do ended up being consistent with that as well.
If that upset you then that’s your problem not mine.
You really believe he’s innocent?
I’m a massive Roy fan but I’ll obviously admit he likely used PED’s.
I suppose that’s the difference between being a fan and being a fanboy though.Comment

On the contrary, Bivol is clearly on record saying that he is more motivated by fighting for more belts than he is for just money. And that he thinks he could make 168 just fine.
