That's why the ufc does 1mill ppvs regularly with stacked card's the fan's want unlike boxing today.

Funny how Fast Eddie is doing all the talking
Once again not very hard to read between the lines ; Eddie keeping Bivol as far as possible from Beterbiev
Wouldn’t be surprised if Canelo comes out with a totally opposite statement
Fast Eddie trying to corner the market but he’ll fail as usual
He’s putting his mouth in the forefront again

I don’t hate Canelo as much as a lot of people, but I do think it would be funny if Bivol took all of his belts at 168. Canelo doesn’t belong at 175 and honestly, I’m not sure he belongs at 168, either. I think he fought best around 160; the Jacobs fight was probably where he reached his personal zenith. He’s been super clunky and slow ever since.

So Bivol obviously has no say on who he fights or when?!

Bivol has a contractual obligation for rematch, it has been stated numerous times.
Yes, he has a say, but why the hell would he give up $$$$$$$ millions by not fighting someone he already beat and a shot at undisputed at 168?!

It's a win win for the guy. Even if he loses or gets robbed by Canelo at 168, he still has the Beterbiev fight at 175 and second shot at Undisputed.

Best case... he steal's canelos belts at 168, and then next fight becomes undisputed at 175.... and becomes ATG and financially set for life.

If I were Bivol I take the clenelo fight at 175. The money will be the same at either weight because of clenelos pride.

It would actually be poetic justice 100%.

Dmitrii Bivol is such a staunch professional, and master boxer that he's not going to let this distract him.
He's going to continue to prove that at 175, he only has one challenger for total supremacy, and that's Artur Beterbiev.

Canelo has a guaranteed rematch with Bivol even though Bivol was the champion. Let's enjoy how this plays out in Sept..my birthday month.
