Yeah my bad i should of read the thread properly before posting i thought he was just talking about the forums not the actual sport itself lol but i guess they are linked to a certain extent. It does suck these "stars" fighting once a year vsing some bum waiting for the biggest cash fights before risking it but i don't strictly think it's just boxing mma is pretty dead atm too imo.

Actually, they were a lot of fun. I consider myself a fan of Pac but just as much as fan of him as I am countless other fighters growing up watching this sport. Pac being the one that got me into the sport.

That said, I also thought they were nuts at times but enjoyable. They brought life to this forum and were mostly an uppity crowd who were excited.

AT LEAST THEY DIDN'T TALK ABOUT WHO MADE X AMOUNT OF PPV BUYS. That seems to be all people talk about on the forum these days. Bring back the Pac fans over them any day.

They waste their primes as if it will always be there for them. I don't think the boxing profession is still as lucrative as it used to be. Well, it is only when you have superstar status, anyways.

Even when DAZN was spending money like drunken sailors they won't take advantage of it.

Ronald Gavril was on the Boston voice podcast couple weeks ago. He said he ducked a fight with Christian Mbili bc he didn't wanna go to France. What a sissy. He had been so inactive for years and he ducks a big payday. Boxers have no balls today

It was never the same once every single news article was a thread, which took over the whole forum. Then topics were getting merged together.

But there was big enough differences to warrant different threads. Otherwise a thread ends up with loads of pages, which people just aren't gonna bother with in terms of back/forth actual posting with others.

People have been saying that since I joined in 2010.

Always hear about the "good old days."

Pretty sure the good old days actually never existed. Lol
