Comments Thread For: Hearn Says Benn Would Be a Massive Favorite Over Eubank Now

Eddie Hearn believes Conor Benn vs. Chris Eubank Jr. is no longer the 50-50 proposition he once thought it was. This past Saturday, Eubank suffered a colossal upset at AO Arena in Manchester, getting stopped by Liam Smith in the fourth round of their middleweight bout.

Liam Smith is multiple levels above Conor Benn. He’d stop Benn easier than he stopped Eubank.

Benn isn’t some killer, he’s a drug cheat fraud living off his fathers name who hasn’t won one legitimate title. Ekow Essuman would whoop Benn.

With out his PEDs Benn won't be the favorite. He will be fighting a natural bigger fighter with more experience than him.

He's a drug cheat, but you've got it wrong thinking Benn is some kind of bum fighter. He not only beats Smith if they ever fight, he KO's him inside of 6 rounds.

No. Smith is a solid pro, no doubt about that, but he's not any kind of world beater. He just had a soft touch who made him look that way this weekend. When Smith steps up to elite fighters he loses. Connor Benn hasn't proven himself to be elite yet, but he's smoked the second tier guys so far. He'll have too much speed, power and youth for Smith to handle, if they ever square off.

Hearn is pushing on IFLTV that Benn is levels above Smith

Does Benn even beat Fowler? I don't know.

Conor Benn is garbage and should have lost to a journeyman.

He's done nothing to suggest he can beat Liam Smith.
