I take back everything I have ever said about Floyd Mayweather Jr. not being a draw, I am a jackass and deserve all the taunts his fans throw at me. Other Floyd haters should have the class to realize this is a great thing for boxing that THIS fight got 1 million PPV buys and admit they were wrong.

    And suck it Dana White.
    Heres some green k

Wow you really are biased. You ever seen Douglas/Tyson, Tarver/Jones, Randall/Chavez, Chiquita Gonzalez/Sorjaturong and the list goes on and on, when most people thought they were the next victim they won the fight.

If you are a fan you watch, even if by all you know you think you know how the fight is gonna end and then its a big suprise. You can't be angry cause the guy you don't like did well. This is good for boxing and ensures that future fights will be available cause its gonna have financial backing.

To me it does not matter who "sold" the fight. I do know that JMM cannot sell anywhere near a million on his own so those still doubting Floyd's popularity are wrong.

What matters to me is the fight did well and boxing is still very much alive and well overall. Floyd may not have a lot of die-hard fans but he seems to have a lot of casual fans out there who don't mind throwing down $50 to see him. I doubted he could pull in those numbers with no Hatton or Delahoya but I was wrong.

I was totally wrong! Well good for Floyd and JMM and everyone involved. Regardless of who you think sold the fight, it obviously did well..no it did great and Dana White knows now that he cant *** with boxing.

                    Thank you Floyd and JMM!

PS I still hate floyd but cant knock his draw or his numbers
and no one can knock JMM for not being a draw either so floyd ball washers realize that JMM had a big part in those numbers it wasnt all floyd and you know this!
yup you should of seen the promotion on the spanish networks. they really got the mexican people into the fight every body i knew was talking about the fight.

Don't believe the hype. As for the theaters go, I live in a the great MIA (305). Although I did buy it (PPV), I checked some theaters, out of curiosity. Theaters of 400 capacity had sold 49 seats, another of 450 capacity had sold 17. Weekend, waiting for the fight, so I called other city's. Same thing, cross the states. So don't believe it when they say, "We sold millions". Give credit to the Pee Pee Man for the PPV sales this go round.
