      • People who don't know boxing know who Floyd is, like they knew who Oscar was and Tyson before him. Casual American boxing fans don't hate floyd

        • straight BS. 300-400k probably came from movie theaters. HBO is just like any other corporation, THEY LIE.

cant believe so many people are happy they spent money on a disgraceful mismatch.

          • I got to say that I'm impressed. You can see what people is willing to pay when they are boxing fans. When was the last good boxing PPV fight?

Makes me wonder.... do PAc vs Cotto will make around 2.5 millions PPV buys? I mean this fight is in Nov 14 and it's already sold out while Floyd vs Marquez had seats available and it sold 1 mil.

Mayweather has done a good job exposing himself to the public with creating 24/7, appearing on Dancing With The Stars, ESPN, BET, Radio, and associating with the World Wrestling Federation.. and being a grade A ass in boxing. People can't help but fixate on what he is or isn't doing right.
I think that really helps because my ten year old brother who doesn't know the first thing about boxing and doesnt care about it was always asking me when Moneys going to be on.

I don't think they Included them because if you read the post they broke it down between cable companies and dish companies. Who knows though.

Well they weren't really showing it around much at bars. That forced people to actually buy it like me. Maybe that had something to do with it.
