Pbc promised fights on network tv yet all the garbage fights that would be on fox sports 1 or bounce tv are now pay per view.
keith Thurman vs Danny Garcia was on cbs in 2017. Keith Thurman vs Robert Guerrero was on nbc in 2015. That’s FREEEEEE tv!

His wife is more likely to have 200k bruises on her body than he is to sell 200k PPV.

Of course. PPV has been dead for me for years. I can't even believe they still get suckers to pay for it.

Those are good numbers for a fight on short notice against an opponent with little name recognition and looked at as a stay busy fight, especially factoring the state of boxing.

Over 200K was the floor for Pacquiao’s first forays into PPV (when matched up with similar opponents like David Diaz).

As a single event with the salary growth today, it wasn’t as profitable as past fights like that. But it was under his promotion, he got +200K people to purchase the event plus another few thousand to pay more to attend, an unaccounted for number to stream it, and contribute to its social media success/promotion during the fight, it was a success that will show up in future numbers.

With a dance partner like Ryan Garcia, the numbers will be multiplied exponentially.

If you wanna watch it you gotta pay unless you go illegal
Yes it’s unfortunate and yes , many fights are not worthy of being on ppv

If you let a bunch of millionaires tell you to pay $80 for a fight, that's on you. My vpn scrambles my IP address. I'll watch whatever sporting event I want to for free. It's about as illegal as the rich not paying their taxes. They're laughing all the way to the bank with your money.

All of his ppv fights have sold around 200k buys, why would this be any different? Let me guess, they’ve lied about all of them lol. Ya do know showtime is in the business of making $ right? If tank was really flopping ppv buys, they’ll stop putting him there.
