The way lacy looked against Omar Sheika, I knew he had no chance whatsoever against an infighter that threw a lot of punches. Let these guys step it up in competition before we crown them. That's all I'm asking.I actually see some people putting Boots in their top 10 pfp list and he has fought no one. Am I asking for too much in that guys like Ennis and Ortiz should at least face another top 10 ww before we crown them? (Ortiz is finally facing another top 10 ww soon)
You just know it all huh. Let me guess, you also knew Pacquiao would get KOd Vs. Marquez in their 4th fight?? Lol. On a serious note, anyone who has boots in their top 10 is just a fanboy. I’m not saying he’s the greatest thing since sliced bread, but the same way we thought highly of Spence while he was coming up, I’m equally impressed with boots.

side note, since you mentioned Omar sheika, grew up in the same neighborhood and was actually really close with his siblings. We genuinely thought he was going to become a HOF fighter lol.

And I was high on him in his early TNF days being trained by Rooney.

So Porter beat Spence? Is that what you’re saying?
There is no need to translate what I said. Porter was coming off of a win going into the Crawford fight.

It's easy to forget that Porter pitched a shutout against "Manbun" Formella after losing to Spence.

Karen got what he wanted. Frustrated Boots by fighting negative to only see the final bell while crapping on his momentum. He won 1 or 2 rounds and had no intention of winning but I guess that’s a consolation prize here.

Never understand how a boxer gets crapped on for dominating but failing to get the stoppage. I do fault Boots though for falling for his own hype and just trying to get a highlight reel KO instead of boxing and being patient.

There, I edited your post to best represent what you watched. Because that's what happened.

                Boots let you down.

Chukhadzhian fought the best fight he could with a defensive brilliance very few fighters will ever have, and exposed flaws in Boots that need to be fixed.

Chukhadzhian had one game plan: do whatever you need to do to keep Boots right in the center of the ring.

                  That removes Boot's trap capability.

Take that away and as you saw, he's just another fighter, and frankly, his power may not be all that either, because despite landing flush, he couldn't even drop Karen.

Chukhadzhian fought perfectly for the opponent, but like Formella, he had no power to keep Boots off.

You just wanted him to follow the script and get knocked out. Nope. Boots needed more rounds of experience.

We now know that he slows down after round 7.
We still know that he eats punches flush.

He's a sitting duck for a skilled mover with power. Which is exactly what Spence demonstrated with Ugas.
If the aim of the goal was for Karen Chukhadzhian to make Jaron "Boots" Ennis look bad I get it, to expose him I get it, to embarrass him I get it, to show him up I get it but to win the fight I don't get.

You said that Karen had but one game plan and that was to do whatever he needed to do to Keep "Boots" right in the center of the ring but what about winning the fight? Not one of the official three judges scored a single round for Chukhadzhian.

Also, you said that I wanted him to follow the script and get knockout out. Wrong! I just wanted him to follow the script in order to be competitive and win. While, we are cool and all and I like you as a solid poster but we are just going to have to agree to disagree on this one that's all.

I think Chukhadzhian and Boots are world class fighters. Boots fought someone that wanted to win that IBF interim belt, VIlla on the otherhand is going to beat a easy win for Boots.

Ukrainian has some nice footwork he just didn't want to engaged and it was good technical fight. He should of jabbed more and took some steam off his punches.
