Back in the 90s I watched a Venezuelan fighter by the name of crisanto espana punish a smaller, shop worn meldrick Taylor. Villa reminds me a bit of espana

It should be either 8-4 or 9-3 Ellis. Ellis won most of the rounds but let this be a lesson to Ellis. Ellis should've kept the same pace he had in the first round. His talent is legit, I think he needs a new trainer.

        1. It should have been 3 knock downs in the 12th round for Villa
        2. The ref gave long counts to Ellis
        3. Even with the knock downs, a draw should have been a more credible decision

That ref gave Ellis way too much time on that knockdown.

They served Ellis a razored lion. Ellis has to learn to how stay on his feet or do a lot of situps. Lets hear what Ennis has to say about this.

Villa came up stronger pressure in later rounds, looks like speedy got tired and gave finals rounds after strong start ,dec was tight but overall great scrap. Good stuff
