He went and had a fight. We wanted to string him along like we did Ryan only to take another fight next year. See, Ryan is smart, he’ll be out a year by the time we circle back to him, and hopefully we’ll stop having nightmares of him Knocking out Tank by then. Everyone knows we don’t fight guys unless they’re shot, drained, blown up or 3 years out of the ring, obese and recently contemplated suicide. Now the Crawford fight can’t happen unfortunately. And we made sure to petition for Thurman as soon as possible. Which with my accident will be pushed back to June. So hopefully Terence is old enough at that point that he’s no longer a perceived threat and we can all get the fight we’ve been so desperately seeking.
If he’ll accept fighting for free of course.Comment

I can't tell if some of the " Spence fans" are paid to post, to try and sway opinion or what. But Spence looking like he has been eating donuts and pizza for six months, talking about how bad his back hurts from that kid that rear ended him. Then talking about "letting Crawford do the other fight".
Meanwhile Bud is in razor shape, stopping a top 10 WW, and getting paid.
One of these things is not like the other.Comment

Omg...why is it so many ******s in this comments section? It is so obvious that Spence is trying to find any way possible not to match up with Crawford. From day 1 he's been the only one throwing roadblocks in front of this fight.
I'm sorry but I'm just sick of all the dumb $#!+.
That's why I'm so over boxing at this point. There are literally zero exciting fights on the horizon....everybody claims to be "great" having mostly bums on their resume....SMH....its the "duckers" era and I'm just fed up.
Boxing can go to hell.
You can't even bet on this BS sport because everyone from the main card through to the undercard is a -1000.
My first love was boxing but I'm so over it now....there are nearly ZERO truly great fighters out there that are willing to fight whoever.
*** boxing and anyone who still spends money on this sport while giving you nothing but mediocre matchup and guys claiming to be great having fought no one.Comment

Seriously? It took 3 months to offer no guarantees, no minimum, just "take my word for it" payday when Crawford was offered 10 million for a top 10 welterweight...10 million!- First off, Errol Spence never fights without a guarantee minimum.
- Secondly, Errol Spence's highest payday with front+Back-end is 45% less, Errol has never made 10 million in his life.

But then again in order to prove an argument properly you probably will have had to graduate from middle school and know how to read and write and I'm just not sure most Spence fans can do this.Comment

- Time to break this nonsense down. First off, a 23 million dollar offer never happened, not even close, pure fabrication.
- Second, the rumored $50 million split was offered to Crawford by an investor and when Terrance presented it to Al Haymon, Al rejected it because he apparently didn't like the guy.
- Third, Errol Spence's so called monster pay day came from Manny Pacquiao. Manny offered Spence 7 million up front and 3 million back-end.....BUT ONLY IF.... the PPV numbers were high enough. Errol jumped at a potential career high 10 million, but 10 million is all that was offered.
Your an ok guy but a simple fact check totally debunks your post and I just had to say something. Sorry about that.Last edited by factsarenice; 12-19-2022, 01:40 PM.Comment
