All talk only to allow the promoter to protect you.

Shakur beats them both anyway but I would've loved to see Zepeda either throw 1500 (he wont) or slowly be discourage and cut his output like they always do against the boxers. At least give is Zepda vs Cruz then.

Zepeda vs Cruz isn't happening. They're gonna put Cruz in soft until the circumstances call for a Tank vs Cruz rematch. Cruz or his handlers have now turned down a shot at Ryan and Shakur. Exactly how the Luis Ortiz situation played out. Deny them a shot at Joshua/Ryan and a career high payday because you need them as a pawn to build up Wilder/Tank.

Cruz vs De los Santos would be a badass fight as well but were talking PBC here. It's taIt's yrs just to get Plant vs Benavidez so i wouldn't hold my breathe.

Can he face overrated Chris Colbert, and take him out of his misery - eliminate him from the equation of (false) contenders?

Sounds like Bob Arum and Top Stank are low balling Cruz and Zepeda.

i don't know about zepeda but cruz is like luis ortiz. he is on hold for cabbage patch, just like pbc wouldnt let ortiz fight anyone bc he was there to raise wilder's profile. same goes for cruz.

What a damn shame! I wonder why all of these fighters are afraid of fighting Shakur Stevenson? Is it because they think he is a runner who won't stand and trade punches with them or something?

Well they are wrong because for the past few fights Shakur has been settling down on his punches more for power. If Isaac Cruz or William Zepeda don't won't that smoke with Shakur Stevenson then perhaps they should fight each other instead.

No, it's just that Shakur Stevenson is too good for them and they are both pricing themselves out for fear of losing to him and he is the naturally smaller man who is moving up to a higher weight division. What I find ironic is that Shakur Stevenson has been fighting more in the pocket lately while settling down on his punches for more power.

If it's true that the offer they sent William Zepeda was only $200k then that's a lowball. Turning it down would have nothing to do with fear or with Stevenson being too good.

Then what's a fair offer for Zepeda in your opinion boss?
