      Nah, not at 135. Shakur is highly ranked, and Haney is about to vacate all of the belts after he beats up on Loma. Losing to someone ranked as high as Shakur will probably only drop him down a spot, and there will be 4 vacant belts. Whichever route he chooses, he should be in line to fight for one, or at least an elimination bout.

        Cruz didn't give him a chance to lowball, he said no before it even came to that. Zepeda's contract was over 200 grand, which is probably about where it should be against Stevenson because he doesn't have a belt yet. Its called cowardice and avoidance, they've beat themselves without really seeing if they could pull their best from within and win.
