Naw, he needs to just go down the list so we all know who's scared of him. Shakur hasn't fought once at the weight and he already should move up for better comp?

He'll get this belt, then call a few bluffs before moving up.

I’ve seen this before. Boxer gets ducked and left with limited options, fans criticize who boxer faces while simultaneously still supporting the boxers who did the ducking.

Kinda surprised Pitbull didn't want any of that. He'd have been a potentially interesting stylistic matchup. But mostly I understand not wanting to face Shakur. He's high risk, low reward, and historically not particularly exciting to watch. Only the latter can really be considered Shakur's fault. I think he's got to be one of the most frustrating people to fight, and if you don't even get a belt out of it, I can see why people wouldn't want that fight.

It says that they declined the offers. But what were the offers given to them? It comes across as ducking on their part but at the same time they were probably low balled. Regardless, the outcome would be the same....Shakur takes them all to school.

Yea, same thing they did with Haney. They will keep coming up with reasons why they won't give him his respect, and talk up these bums they support - usually because they're the same race as the cowards

Did you NOT read the article? How can you go straight to comment and not have read the article itself?
This is the problem with boxing fans. Jumping the gun

Regardless of money, since it was an eliminator, one of the opponents would have gotten a shot at the title and the big time if they won, but apparently they were not confident of their chances of winning.
