    No need to panic.....yet.

Every fighter has an ''off'' night.
Maybe he took homeboy for granted or homeboy fought out of mind ?
Learn from it and move on. Don't dwell on it.

I’ll admit I thought he was in over his head with Loma and he proved me wrong that night. But it’s starting to seem like that night was the peak of his career, not his ascension to superstardom - which is what it looked like at the time. Like I said, he can still get it back if he gets his mind right and gets back to that place he was before the Loma fight. But, without that his career story is going to be one of unfulfilled potential.
Was not the peak of his career, it was Loma Giving him 6 rounds. You can tell after 6 rounds Loma just dominate him. He just doesn't have it. He is Delusional, you can tell by the way he expresses himself.

I do agree with this. But Loma haters will never let this go...

...but It's also Loma's fault. It's forever a stain on his record, even worse than the Salido loss. He will never get to avenge either of those. It's Loma's fault for fighting scared for the first half off the fight.

I think Lopez has a chance but I truly believe his father is his downfall. His father was someone who had an ego prior to his son's success... Taught Lopez (son) what it's like to be a self centered egocentric maniac. Then he lives through his son... His son's success makes him look even 'better'.

Teo's last chance is not being scared of letting his father go as a trainer. But it won't happen because he doesn't have it in him to hurt his father that way. Loyalty is nice, but it will forever ruin his future.

HE WILL NOT BEAT TAYLOR, PROGRAIS, RAMIREZ OR PADRAZA... And if he never improves and eventually moves up, he will end up in a casket at welterweight.

Sandor Martin is a tricky opponent and I think Teofimo did just enough to get the win but I do agree that he needs to make some changes with his team if he wants a legit chance against the top guys at 140.

The top guys at 140 would maul him (gary antuanne russell, prograis, taylor). The top guys at 135 would either maul him (tank) or just beat him up to embarrass him (shakur/haney). Lomachenko would also beat him this time since loma now knows what to expect from him and not give him too much respect. This dude is f'ked wherever he goes to.

Because Teo doesn’t dominate and stop the guy that retired Mikey Garcia he’s down.

Learn from the experience make some changes and keep going.

I think Martin is an extremely good boxer and no one will outclass him. I also think Teo is deluded about how good he is. I watched highlights of him then watched highlights of Bud straight after and wow - it really hits home the difference between a truly p4p guy and someone like Teo. Teo with those long leaping hooks is a bit embarrassing. Now he might not be able to obliterate guys like he did before so he might start to struggle.

I think he has a chance to beat Prograis and maybe Taylor because of styles but he might benefit from some different coaching perspectives cause he seems to struggle to adjust offensively.

Bingo! You hit the hammer right on the nail. He was never the same after that fight. It mentally ruined and broke him. He became less focused, disciplined and hungry after that Loma victory.

Beating an "alleged" injured Loma blow his head up beyond belief, Kambosos Jr sent him crashing back down to earth and he's yet to recover due to his mental fragility.
