    The hurdle would most likely be because Stanionis' promoter is Richard Schaefer, who had an unpleasant history with GBP.

    But still to me this is too early for Stanionis and too risky. He's a huge underdog in this fight, imho. I don't think he wants this fight.

      I think it is a close fight but you may have a great point.

        Man, you need to review the Stanionis vs Butaev fight. It was a split decision win and it could have gone either way. Stanionis fought like there was no tomorrow and defense was like non existent to both. It was a brutal fight. These guys as the other poster said are below Kavaliauskas level.

          They are above Lipinets or Clayton level though. Same level as Ortiz's last fight, Michael McKinson​.
