Mayer's sense of entitlement is truly repulsive, I'm convinced that she's a narcissist. She says that everyone, including Hearns, knows that she's the money fight.....No We Don't!!! As a matter of fact, she probably only has one really big money fight before Baumgardner. She speaks without logic, its all emotions and self centered thoughts spilling out to anyone that will listen. Baumgardner is about to do the exact same things that Mayer was trying to do, before Alycia tapped her up. Mikaela said that she wanted to fight Baumgardner, then Choi for undisputed, and afterwards she would move up to fight Taylor. If she won against Alycia, there's no way she would have given her the rematch, she would have treated her the same as she did before the fight, like Baumgardner was beneath her. Now that Alycia has her belts and is on the path to undisputed and Taylor, Mayer is throwing a public tantrum. Nobody cares. Hearns will set up Baumgardner and Taylor before he would a rematch, because logical business dictates that because he promotes Alycia and Katie, he would get paid from both sides. The best part of this is that Baumgardner knows that she's in the driver's seat and she probably won't even think about a rematch until she accomplishes her goals and its convenient for her, or Mayer will have to work her way back up into position for it.

Don’t agree bringing colour into it , why ? She didn’t do enough to win the other girl was no better but got the nod , so what ? My opinion for what it’s worth is they need each other as neither are real big stars after that . Taylor should simply fight Serrano again next as in my opinion and mine only were a draw , we all know Taylor lost to persoon and you could fiercely argue serrano beat her too but it were that close and both deserve a chance to put the record straight.

Ok I'm quite the boxing expert on female boxing on this site, now that wouldn't be hard as most posters on here are more concerned about food stamps and skin colour. This is what will happen but first of , mayer and Baum Gardner was either a close mayer win or a draw. As the judges got it wrong then I believe mayer absolutely deserves an immediate rematch with the homie. I believe mayer will win again and then we can have what I believe to be the greatest fight in female boxing at the moment. Mayer vs Katie Taylor at 135 in croke park, Katie Taylor will win that and will then retire undefeated. This will not be bad news for female boxing as Katie is clearly too good for them All at 135 to 140. What it will do is open up the division were all the remaining girls will be better matched. Putting Katie aside, I believe the best of the rest is number 1 Mikaela mayer, number 2 the street homie, number 3 Chantel Cameron, number 4 the coward serrano.
