Disappointed in Tank's lack of confidence with the 136lb "cuckweight"

He is fighting someone his own size,as Tank has fought at 140.

If Tank can make 135/136 without being drained he must be smaller right?

Fight is not happening. If they can't get Munguia Charlo over the line, then how is this fight going to get over? If Oscar wants the fight, that means he is tired of Ryan's BS like he was tired of Santa Cruz so he went out and made the Rigo fight. Cruz and his dad called Haymon to save them. Ryan is the perfect 360 fighter, more marketable in LA than Tank is in Baltimore. You really think Haymon is going pass on the opportunity. Remember Oscar fought everyone and when he is tired of a fighter he will put them in with Killers even if they don't want the fight. My prediction stays the same. Haymon signs Ryan from OScar before he lefts Tank KO him like Santa Cruz (really wasn't that marketable but named his son after his idol Haymon).

Not necessarily. Could be just one fighter feels better cutting to a certain weight than the other,or willing to sacrifice more than the other. Like you said, they know thier bodies better than any of us. They've both fought once at 140 so its apparent Tank is willing to sacrifice a little longer to continue at 135.

Only problem with the nonsense you just posted is it's been RYAN HIMSELF that's been vocal for nearly 2 years calling out Tank. Eric Gomez and Oscar have stated they themselves didn't think he was ready but Ryan has insisted on this fight, period. Not the other way around.

Entertaining prediction which is more likely than the fight.
