as far as cotto and pac goes...pac is naturally much bigger and holds weight better than marquez. the guys legs are ****in oak trees. also, he has at least faught both at 140 and 147. something marquez didnt do. i still think cotto will be the bigger stronger man, but it will be much more even than floyd-marquez. not to mention ***** floyd didnt even make weight. very unprofessional. he didnt even attempt to. cotto will not be so disrespectful to his opponent as floyd was. a disgrace to boxing. he should have stayed retired. talkin bout he loves taking risks?.... In the Cotto case yes its ok, cause Cotto did not ask for the fight, Freddy ****roach and Pac team did. PBF challenged JMM, the bigger guy challenging the smaller guy.

You misread that. JMM made an honest mistake. That was trusted his team and golden boy, instead of paying more attention to the business side. His focus was on preparing to win for his country and legacy, but his team should have done a better job of looking after their fighter.

GBP ****ed Marquez, no ifs ands or buts about it. They shouldn't have let him come in over the limit, and also demanded higher penatlies if they did so. Also as bad as that contract was (too many gray area things) they should have done a better job of making things more black and white and also more clearer to Marquez.

FWIW boxers should do a better job of paying attention to the business side. JMM wasn't the first to be ****ed over and won't be the last. I understand that guys like Marquez are just like **** it, let me train and fight, but as we have learned time after time that there are too many wolves in the game and unfortunatly some work for GBP. It was a good pay day for them and that is all they really cared about (GBP).

ProjectXXX has no clue. The point is Floyd came in over the weight limit, period. Two pounds can be huge to those smaller fighters, I would say just ask Chico Corrales if he were still alive. Floyd cheated the system fair and square. I guarantee Pacman and Roach would never allow that to happen....

First off to the person who said floyd called out jmm, get real (jmm called floyd out after his nail biter with diaz) when in the hell do you hear floyd calling out anyone (mayweather and cotto are the only guys that sit back and wait) I'm readin a lot of negatives about the fight, but point blank floyd doesn't fight a bully's fight, so size is never a factor in favor of floyd - he is technical! Befor the fight everywhere I read said it was a toss up, now after the fight, after we see there was no ring rust etc.. Now people want to come out a bash this guy again - jmm landed 12% of his punches, I think he let jmm survive to get the rounds in, the only 3 fighters out there that have a competitive shot are cotto, mosley, and pwill. That's it - and let this fight give a preview for what's to come for pac / cotto - cotto is going to steamroll this cat because I know that cotto is saying "I'm better than jmm" and cotto has pretty good balance - everyone says that pac's flaws are his defense(head movement) and balance (footwork) speed means nothing to cotto, he is the master at timing, and off setting it !!
