I n Alis day didn't Ali just fight the toughest available. Nowadays it seems like politic, barriers and hurdles andvexcuses? How on earth are fighters supposed to become great nowadays?

I think Ali's days are over.

As Wilder recently put it, it is business. Usyk beat Joshua twice but Joshua earned more money in both fights. Boxers in Ali's days were poor and the promoters got rich. Today, the mindset has changed quite a bit. Everyone wants the cash and to enjoy themselves...some even at the expense of their careers like Andy Ruiz Jr did recently. The politics is between the promoters and big businesses, the barriers are by the networks and sponsors, and excuses are usually to protect the fighters for a higher payday. Today, YouTubers are getting paid more than real boxers.

What else would you expect? Which is why protecting the "0" is now such a big thing.

Just because he was Tyson Fury's sparring partner doesn't make this victory magical. You knocked the man out; did your job. Now, rather than cry to the media about who you want to fight next, get a hold of your handlers and make them put some contracts in front of you.

I like Joyce, but this "I want Usyk; I want AJ; maybe me and Tyson can get it on; give me Wilder" makes him sound like the desperate wh*re of the HW division. Tell Warren to get off his arse and make these fights; that's why promoters are paid, no?

'Desperate whore' or smart self-promoter? Why should Joyce be calling out anybody but the elite HWs?

Not to defend the modern-day sport too much, but if AJ got more in both Usyk fights , its because he was the bigger draw. Similarly, Youtubers get paid more than most pros because they have bigger fan bases than those fighters. Professional boxing is a business well before its a sport.

Joyce's fighting style is march forward and take punches to the face. That massive head is hard to miss.

Wonder how he will react when Deontay's alabama slamma detonates.

We might see one of those arms up and legs kicking type of KO

Joyce also a true Olympic caliber not someone given a bronze medal as a consolation prize which they do when someone takes third place not winning . This means he’s marketable and everyone with a brain knows he was robbed of gold which means he has very good boxing fundamentals if you know what your looking at .

Im not using anything, the fact he’s already guaranteed a title shot doesn’t make him insecure , you’re just another idiot on here who’s dumb as hell so you make ****** arguments that are backwards , Wilders OWN trainer thinks Joyce is about his toughest fight more then Ruiz anyway and your stating he does nothing to deserve certain mentions …you must be a real mental boy .lol ?
I guess we'll have to see if they ever meet in the ring; we can argue back and forth for days; changes nothing. I am definitely a mental boy!! .

Let's see who Joyce fights next and how he does standing up to someone with actual power; Joyce does have an incredible chin- but that's like saying 50 Cent has an incredible torso because he was shot 9 times .

I like Joyce, but ffs, enough talking. Get a fight made!

This is one heavyweight fight I would love to see. I will give the edge to Wilder. More proven against top opposition. Joyce may have an iron chin, but against the biggest one punch hitter the division has seen. I can see joyce walking into a vaunted right hand, and being rocked to his boots. I see him being stopped on his feet, taking a Morrison like beating on the ropes.

I do give Joyce a solid chance, if he can weather the hurricane storm early and land some shots inbetween. Wilder will fade as the fight goes into the later rounds. My I can see Joyce turning on the after burners late, and stopping Wilder in the 11th of a epic battle of two monster heavyweights colliding.

Ruiz is an easier fight for Wilder. That would be his next fight.
