Shields Greatest. What a champ. Did what she said. So much better than Marshall. Even when she was on ropes Marshall was missing loads. UK fan cheering for shields all the way.

More punches on what? Compubox? Yeah, clearly off. Or was it from tim Bradley’s mouth? Yeah, he’s not a good commentator. Shields, clearly outclassed especially the second half of the fight. And I don’t know what fight you watched where she landed the bigger punches. Must’ve been listening to that biased racial commentary a little too loud.

Is throwing shots that miss or are blocked and then eating clean right to the face time after time the English definition of “outclassing” someone?

but no the judges in England totally robbed the English fighter and conspired with compubox to fake the punch stats. That’s totally what happened.

Like Teddy Atlas, I had Shields winning the first 5 rounds easy.

Marshall just had the crowd overhyping every time she remotely did anything.

I don't know what fight Andre Ward & Timothy Bradley were watching.

I thought it was 7-3, which is how two of the judges, RIGHTFULLY scored it.

I stopped listening to Ward after he claimed that Timothy Bradly (ironically) beat Manny Pacquiao in what was one of the biggest robberies in modern boxing history.

I love the guy as a fighter, but a piss poor boxing scorer.

But now that Shields as slayed another "Great White Hope", I hope at least some of you clowns will give the GWOAT her props!!!!!

Marshall is the naturally bigger person and is by far the heavier handed

Shields was landing the more accurate punches and better defensively but the few punches Marshall got in each round were more damaging

Problem is Shields has a good chin and had much better accuracy and therefore won rounds

Yup. It was just her accuracy. It was her accuracy combined with her speed. She also has great defense. I think it was the speed difference that cause Marshall so many problems. Also, Shields kept stepping inside, which took away Marshall's range. It wasn't until about middle of the fight that Marshall made an adjustment, going to the body and throwing uppercuts. I swear, a lot of the body shots and uppercuts were not tallied by Compubox. I might go back and just do an accurate count of punches landed (clean punches) for both fighters.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I just have a feeling that Compubox is going to be way off (again).

Yeah. I don't know about the "Great White Hope" narrative. I wish people would quit using race as a motive for "us versus them." It's ****ing ****** and a neanderthals mentality. I think many were rooting against Shield's because of her abrasive personality and humungous ego. She's not a likable person.

Yeah, not literally "easy work" but rounds were easy to score for Shields, she was just too fast and accurate
