Hamed was trained in the Ingle style. He has a style that matches the gym he spent 20 years in, but with more emphasis on power. Who is he a copycat of?
    Copycat of another fighter

There are several bulletpoints of contention, not just one. But for this one, he was obviously a RJJ wannabe. He started this movement in the UK of UK fighters trying to emulate RJJ,

Broners style was very similar to young PBF, exact copy. Hamed was a Jones Jr copy. Clear as day!

How are those 2 careers similar?

Hamed fought weaker opponents when there were much bigger fish to fry.

Debate if you like, but he avoided Morales like the plague and others like Gainer, JMM, Morales, McKinney, Jones, and Tapia were all around at that time. Instead he fought B levels instead.
Hamed got out while the getting was good, Broner is hanging around, that's not one of my 's though.

His resume is weak! Tom Johnson??

Hamed generated a lot of money and excitement. I didn't like him at the time, but looking back he was smashing world level guys. Unlucky for him there just happened to be three great Mexicans hanging around.

The MAB loss is so much worse when you realize that they fought MAB to duck JMM

That said, he did fight some world level guys. His catching guys cold tactic was smart

If Hamed was a copy of anyone, it would have been Herol Graham.
The whole Ingle style was based on him though Naz was obviously more explosive and threw leaping hooks a la Jones and Tyson.
I'm also pretty sure he borrowed from Eubank in terms of showmanship.

As others have stated, he cleaned out his division and only lost to Barrera at a time where his discipline had gone.

            Far better than Broner imho.

You are exposing your lack of knowledge a lot in this thread. Go watch some Ingle gym fighters, guys like Herol Graham were around BEFORE Roy Jones and were not copying him. Did you only start watching the sport recently?

Broner and that fat **** father were clowns!
Hamed kinda relied too much on landing big shots!

when Gamed beat Kevin Kelly I was kind hating on him, but I got over it!
