Garcia will embarrass him. Tank is nothing but a counter puncher and only has success against inexperienced guys or when guys get overconfident and rush in. Garcia has Oscar on his side. There's no way he will rush in on Tank when he doesn't have to. He will pick Tank apart with speed from the outside. By the 4th Tank will get frustrated and his ego will make him start rushing in on Garcia. That's when the fireworks will start.
